PRODUCTION
Wheat gathered from farmers and imported firstly analysed in the laboratory and classified regarding to application areas in warehouses, later cleaned, blended and produced with the special formulas according to customers’ needs, exact specifications and required qualities.
During production process, moisture, wet gluten, dry gluten, gluten index, ash, protein, zeleny, delayed zeleny, falling number, water absorption, energy, stability, extensibility, and resistance the flour are tested in order to have the best quality and the customer satisfaction.
Finally, produced flour is automatically packed, shipped, fumigated and delivered on time to the clients.
